Question: How do you get your films?
Answer: We license them from the filmmakers. So whenever you buy one, the filmmaker makes money. Filmmakers being paid for their films. Isn’t that just aces?

Question: Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Question: I just bought a short film. How do I download it?
Answer: You’ll get an e-mail with a download link. Check your SPAM folder if it’s the first time you’ve bought something from us.  Also, you can download the film from the link in your receipt.

Question: If I ship Priority Mail will I get my item in like 2 days?

Answer: Maybe but we can't really guarantee it.  Some items like gift packs must ship priority mail because of their weight and strict USPS rules.  But since a lot of our items are signed and personalized, sometimes it may take a little longer for us to go to the artist's house at 3:00 am and get the items signed.  We don't have to go at 3:00 am, that's just how we roll.  Plus, it may depend if the artist is on the road or even conscious.  These things may cause a few days delay.  Generally please allow 5-10 days for a personalized item to ship regardless of weight and priority mail restrictions.
